AI Filmmaking Workflow Session
45 minutes on Zoom. One project. A written action plan within 48 hours.
$75
A diagnosis, not a pep talk
45 minutes, structured
5 minutes on context · 30 minutes diagnosing your stack, stage and obstacle · 10 minutes locking prioritized next steps.
Written action plan
A short recap emailed within 48 hours: decisions made, tool order, what to cut, and the first three tasks to run this week.
Intake that earns the hour
You answer a short form (project, tools, stage, goal, one obstacle) so the session starts useful, not cold.
Filmmakers mid-build
Good fit if you are
- Planning an AI short and choosing between stacks (OpenArt, Higgsfield, Suno and related tools)
- Stuck on character consistency, shot order, voice, edit, or budget trade-offs
- Prepping festival submissions and want a realistic shortlist and eligibility check
- Already making work and need a second pair of eyes from someone who finished two AI shorts
Not a fit if you want
- Open-ended coaching or weekly mentorship
- Someone to generate or finish your footage for you
- A guarantee of festival acceptance or distribution
- Legal clearance, rights opinions, or tool tech support beyond workflow advice
Led by the filmmaker behind All the Pretty Seahorses (OpenArt) and FEMTECH (Higgsfield). Proof lives on the case study.
Pay → schedule → prep → Zoom → plan

Intake
Answer the short form (project, tools, stage, goals, festival targets, links to work). Bring one clear obstacle.
Session + plan
45-minute Zoom. Written action plan within 48 hours. Reschedule with notice; no-shows forfeit the slot.
Limited to 5 sessions to start, max 2 a week.
Built from finished films
All the Pretty Seahorses
3-minute coastal horror made in OpenArt (characters, motion, native voice cloning) with score in Suno. The reject → lock loop and tool order are documented in the workflow guide and case study.
FEMTECH
3-minute techno-noir made in Higgsfield. A second pipeline, same studio: motion-first generation, in-house edit, festival-minded deliverables.
Festival research
The free Festival Finder tracks AI film festivals and contests for 2026–27 with deadlines, fees, prizes and AI rules. Sessions can use that research to shortlist without promising acceptance.
Honest cost ranges from the films: Seahorses about $100 in OpenArt; FEMTECH about $200 in Higgsfield. Numbers are tool spend, not a forecast for your project. Read what an AI short actually costs and OpenArt vs Higgsfield.
Session FAQ
What is the AI Filmmaking Workflow Session?
A tightly scoped 45-minute 1:1 Zoom call focused on your current AI short: tools, stage and one main obstacle. You leave with prioritized next steps and a written action plan within 48 hours.
Who is it for?
Filmmakers using tools like OpenArt, Higgsfield, Suno and related stacks who are planning an AI short, stuck mid-production, or prepping festival submissions and want a concrete workflow decision, not open-ended coaching.
What do I need before the call?
A project (even early), the tools you are using or considering, your stage, one primary goal for the 45 minutes, and ideally a link to a cut, stills or a short treatment. The intake form covers this.
What is not included?
No promise of finished footage, festival acceptance, legal clearance, or technical fixes outside the host's control. For music, voices and commercial use, check each tool's current terms for your date and use case.
How does booking work?
Join the waitlist for now. When Lemon Squeezy checkout is live: pay $75, then schedule on the linked calendar, then complete intake.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice and we will move you to the next open slot. Cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows forfeit the fee. Details will be restated on the checkout and confirmation page.
Is this the same as the shop PDFs?
No. The Festival Kit and Seahorses guide are self-serve PDFs. The session is live, project-specific diagnosis on top of that experience. Many people will only need the PDFs.
Ready when booking opens
Checkout and calendar booking go live after payment setup is approved. Until then, join the waitlist and we will email you when a slot is available.
Payments (when live) processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Sessions are advisory workflow guidance only. Festival data is compiled from public pages; always confirm on the official site before paying entry fees. Not affiliated with any festival or tool listed.
